How to Purchase Firearms Online

We, Mac Arms LLC sell firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with federal, state, and local firearm laws.

In order to Purchase Firearms Online:

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Mac Arms LLC meet your state, county, or city firearm laws.
Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order, please give us a call at (480-332-3602.)

3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

You can use the search function below to view the list of FFL holders that are currently on file (we do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL listed here).
Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them e-mail a copy of it to:

Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Mac Arms LLC. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.

Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.

***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

California	Handguns must be on Approved List. Assault weapons must be CA Approved.
Connecticut	No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Maryland	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons

New Jersey	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons
New York	No Assault Weapons, No Handguns (NYC)

To Purchase Ammunition Online:

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

We can ship ammunition to your door via FedEx.
Use of known shipper, no third party
No sales outside the U.S
Ammunition shipped by air requires Hazardous Material (HazMat) classification and additional fees will apply.
Ammunition shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be by air.
Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.
All sales over 100.00 that are being shipped to a residence will require an adult signature and are not allowed to be left at the door, fees will apply.

Shipping

All orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Saturday, orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We can not ship to Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required.

Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority.

Orders may be drop shipped out of several warehouses around the USA. We will drop ship out of the closest warehouse to insure low time in transit.

Orders will be shipped via UPS. Some drop shipments and five dollar shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. Tracking numbers are not available on some drop shipments.

All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.

We do ship internationally and can provide lower cost USPS at the customers discretion; however USPS is not tracked or insured. We do not take responsibility for any orders shipped USPS. International order shipping prices will be adjusted to actual shipping cost. Please refer to our international order policies.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email Your Store before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.

No returns on firearms, ammunition, electrical parts, chemicals, and closeout parts.

Defective items are not warranted by My Store. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. Your Store does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Store Hours

Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our retail store phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm AZ time, Saturday 9:00 am to 6 pm AZ time, Sunday 12 am to 3 pm AZ time. Our retail store local pickup hours are Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-3pm.

Competitor Price Matching

My Store will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to tom@macarms.com Please be sure to include a link to the competing web site or the print ad out of a current magazine. After we verify the product and its price we will contact you. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include closeout, blemished, auctions, ect). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion, please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.

Out of Stocks and Backorders

We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day of your order. Items are considered out of stock if they can not ship within three days. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and nothing will be charged to you, or you may choose to backorder the item.

To place a backorder simply email us at tom@macarms.com. Backorders are charged 100% up front and shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel the backorder at any time; however you will be charged a 10% backorder cancellation fee. We do not always have a reliable ETA on backorders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to actually get more products to us, and we always do our best to get the products to you in a timely manner.

We may have other equivalent products available that are not listed on the website due to continually changing product lines. You may call or email and we will always do our best to help find you what you need.

Shipping Fees

Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items and international orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.

Order Changes

Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

International Orders

International orders are always welcome. All international orders must be confirmed through us first. You may place your order online or via email. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.

We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS Global AIRMail. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days. All international orders are shipped on Fridays.

My Store or is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
